We went on a family outing last weekend to the Issaquah Fish Hatchery. It's a little salmon hatchery right in downtown Issaquah across from the library. We have driven by it a bunch of times but really haven't checked it out until now. The morning was a little misty but not too bad, we walked around looking at the creek and the fish ladder - but really didn't see any fish. Just a glimpse of one next to the window in the fish ladder (the windows and the water were nasty!). Olive had fun walking around and looking at the fish statues/pictures and birds! Overall a pretty fun morning for being a FREE activity!
